Tennesee Rebel?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone heard of a movie called Tennesse Rebel? My dad who was in the navy said that it was so bad this was the only movie during his service that he couldn't sit through. He tried about 4 times and never got through it. As a gag I was looking to see if anyone had a copy or could buy it somewhere. Any advice? Heard of the movie? I believe it was called Tennesse Rebel, he says it was about a back-woods-hick who wants to make it big in the country music industry or something like that. He was in the navy in the mid to late 60s if that helps with the timing.
