Jessica Alba...she's headed for Elizabeth Berkley territory. In a few years, she'll be able to say hello to the cast of That 70's Show.

I'd love to see Jessica Alba in a remake of Showgirls

As for actors leaving tv shows, with the exceptions of Gunsmoke and MAS, I don't think any other show (comedy/drama) has lasted more than ten years.  Plus actors, like most artists, like new challenges, and doing the same role year after year has got to be boring.  I can't begrudge someone for trying something new, it's better than just phoning in a performance year after year.

Gellar has movie appeal? Yeah of the MST3K variety perhaps.
