Not a movie, but has anyone heard this??  It's Dudley Moore and some other guy doing what is called "Blue" comedy.  They were actually playing this at an avante garde record store here in Boston.  It was completely insane.  It's two guys completely hammered.  They just drink and swear and swear and do a very good impersonation of two of the most horrible people on Earth.  A must hear for sure.  From the 70's I'd guess

They actually did 2 releases as Derek and Clive -- Peter Cook is the actor opposite Dudley Moore.
You may have been listening to the second one, if all they're doing is drinking and being horrible -- the first release actally had some more plot-driven bits.
Peter & Dudley did some great strange movies together, too, including "The Wrong Box" and "Bedazzled".  Try & look for a BBC video called "The 2 and Only".  They were also in a group with Alan Bennett & others, called "Beyond the Fringe".  See if you can find their first recording.  The one cut:  "Aftermyth of War" may be the funniest damn parody of WW2 documentaries ever made.  Everytime I play it for people, they're stunned.

Peter Cook is also in all the "The Secret Policeman's Ball" videos -- about 5 or 6 -- for Amnesty International, doing some of the bits that he and Dudley made famous, but playing opposite John Cleese, Rowan Atkinson, etc. etc.  Terrific stuff!
He and Dudley did their famous -- in England -- bit "The Frog and Peach" on Saturday Night Live in the late '70's, when they were still a team.

I remember the early Sat. Night Live. Cooke was on doing the "Frog and Peach".
....He was mad you know, mad!
...."Bedazzled" as they did it, did not need a remake...but when did that ever stop Hwood........
