Banned in what country?  Do you mean something on the British "Video Nasties" list?  Yes.  Plus, quite honestly, a number of films are notorious.  I would put "I Spit On Your Grave" on that list, along with "Nekromatik."

Any film with gore is censored in England, Germany, Finland and other areas, so particularly bloody films are usually banned somewhere, not to mention that probably every film is banned in fundamentalist Muslim states.
