Harold Haxton?

I recently came across an upcoming PC game ("They Came From Hollywood")that featured movie monsters based upon movies supposedly directed (and written, for the most part) by a Harold Haxton. Harold Haxton, according to these people, was a director that made very bad horror & science-fiction movies. The movies were apparently from the 1950's & 1960's. I had never heard of Harold Haxton but the website that had the official webpages for the PC game also had a section on Harold Haxton. Besides that website, I have not seen any reference to a Harold Haxton or anyone connected to a Harold Haxton. The questions are...

1). Does "Harold Haxton" exist for real?

2). If he does exist for real, why is there no information about him?

3). Where can I view his films?

Nope. The names of his films (The Mummy's Foot, Mars Needs Chicken etc) should have been a tipoff. Also, the fact that none of them or the actors who supposedly played in them are listed in the IMDB. Finally, notice this line from the first page of his biography site (near the bottom);

"One of the greatest B-movie directors that NEVER lived"
