Unknown Movir Title

Back in the mid 90s there was some b movie that I saw on cable, but I cant remember the title. It was about some guy from another planet who came to Earth and when he landed he was the size of a G.I. Joe! I remember he had a space ship and some one picked him up and it looked like a toy!! Funny stuff. Anyone know the title??

Dollman on its own was okay.  Demonic Toys on its own was pretty good.  Dollman vs. Demonic Toys is one of the worst things I've ever seen.
