I've been suffering the equivilant of a tune stuck in my head, B-movie style.
The films plot involved a hotel in Europe, i think, and it was taken over by terrorist.
I remember  this one scene. A bad guy walks in through the front door, the desk clerk pulls out a 9mm Browning high power, and whastes the thug! Corse, the lead thug walks through the door, and offs the desk clerk, but i thought, man, thats what we need more of: Fisty hired help!
Anyone remember this kaflunga? Don't remember the star. Had the usual "Lone hero defeats band of thugs" thing going for it. No, i don't believe Chuck Norris was involved....

The Burgomaster

Are you thinking of THE FINAL OPTION? (I've never seen it, but the trailer shows a commando/SWAT team type guy crashing through a window in a tall building).

"Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me either. Just pretty much leave me the hell alone."

Humm...nope, don't think that was it. The movie took place in a snowy hotel resort environment. The thing with the desk clerk is the part that stood out the most.
