This is my newest list of films to rent based on what I know is available locally.

Sante Sangre (Heard on this site that its strange. Still looking for El Topo)
Wild Bill (Western)
Dog Soldiers (Werewolfs)
Yojimbo (Kurasawa)
Kugemesha (Kurasawa)
Captain Courageous (30's or 40's film)
Chino (Is this one a speghetti western?)
Vamp (Grace Jones)
Ballistic (Lucy Lui)
One Hour Photo (why not?)
XXX (not sure why)

The Burgomaster

Well, I will say this for XXX: it was at least 40% more entertaining than Die Another Day.

"Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me either. Just pretty much leave me the hell alone."

Dolph Lundgren

I haven't seen any of the movies on the list except for Ballistic and XXX, but I enjoyed them both in a train wreck sort of way.  Keep an open mind during the both of them and you should have a good time.  Nice mindless action in XXX (especially the Columbian drug raid scene, reminiscent of vintage 80s action flicks).  A lot of people hated Ballistic, but I didn't mind it.  It's not groundbreaking, but if you don't take it seriously at all, you might not mind it too much.  A guilty pleasure of mine, I guess.  I've heard some great things about Dog Soldiers, though.

As for Die Another Day, it was a big budget camp classic.  The scene when Brosnan is wind surfing or whatever and there is this obvious CGI wave right behind him absolutely floored me in the theater.  I was laughing so hard.  I love all of the Bond movies though, so this one was good in a campy sort of way, ala some of Roger Moore's movies.

Oh James Bond and XXX both need replacement. Im thinking of going into the biz as a rabbi/spy. With my tag line "I like the tip clipped, not full"

XXX really is bad, please dont waste your money like I did.

Tell me how Ballistic is, I may want it.
