I mean, why on Earth would anybody create a device whose only utility is to destroy the whole planet? Or did they plan to declare war against Earth and place the command center (and living quarters, of course) on the moon? LOL! This is gonna be better than "Armageddon" and "Pearl Harbor" put together!

Due to the horrifying nature of this film, no one will be admitted to the theatre.

Maybe they wanted to hurl thunderbolts down from the Heavens like Zeus or something.  Maybe start a blizzard in Baghdad?  Talk about icing Saddam!

Gosh, remember when the Internet was supposed to be a wonderful magical place where intelligent, articulate people shared information? Neighborhood went to hell real fast... - Anarquistador

I automatically love any movie that takes in the center of the earth. I can't wait to watch  The Core on DVD. And then I'll play my At The Earth's Core DVD. Woo-hoo!

"Oh." Hee hee hee hee hee hee (goes on and on)...

Yes, heaven forfend, the military, big business, and the government have NEVER done and will NEVER do anything underhanded. Well, unless they expose you to hazardous agents and chemicals, hand biological weapons to psychotic dictators, foreclose on your property, slash education funding, jail people without legal counsel, or create a phony "energy crisis" to help their buddies steal nine billion dollars from California...

"...But that would be WRONG."

I am shocked and awed that there are so many positive, glowing reviews of this thing. Is our children learning? (sic) Well, it hasn't been that long since "Turbulence" suggested a commercial airliner could fly upside down for extended periods and slam into cars and billboards while remaining airborne. Never mind, Mr. Cranky sets 'em straight. He hates everything!! Hey Cranky!

And Theater Hopper has a funny strip and amusing blog about it.
