DAUGHTERS OF SATAN starring Tom Selleck. Something to do with witches and a painting. Set in the Philippines. Early 70's. Looked like fun. Hope to catch it again from the beginning.

2-HEADED TRANSPLANT starring Bruce Dern and Casey Kasem. Seen the last 20 minutes or so. This film makes THE THING WITH TWO HEADS look good. At least TTWTH's showed the transplant.

Dunners

I remember seeing a little bit from the daughters of satan, thougth the ending sucked.

Squishy

"Daughters of Satan" popped up in one of the old Medved books, I think. Woo, Tom Selleck... "Runaway" was plenty, thanks, I don't want to see any more of his "talent." Ziggy has a nicely-written review with snickerdoodle pics.

"The Incredible 2-Headed Transplant" is a howler. It may not have a two-headed Rick Baker gorilla suit, but it's a shriek, from the opening title scene to the constant (and pointless) "flash-forwards" to the superimposed "debris" in the climax. The cast includes Pat Priest ("The Munsters") and John Bloom, who played the Frankenstein Monster in "Dracula vs Frankenstein"--although the showstoppers are Dern's "subdued loon doctor" character and  Albert Cole as the over-the-top gibbering murderer whose noggin winds up sharing Bloom's torso. Amazing collection of messed-up goobers and almost everyone winds up in hell. Hooray?

And dig the wacky soundtrack on the INCREDIBLE TWO-HEADED TRANSPLANT.   "It's Incredible!"

I just picked up the DVD of EATEN ALIVE [the cannibal flick, not the Tobe Hooper film.]  I hadn't seen it since I was in high school--it's bad movie gold.

Other stuff I've gotten recently...BURIAL GROUND and HOUSE AT THE EDGE OF THE PARK.  Dance, Giovanni Lombardo Radice, Dance!
