Heh heh heh. When I was going to elementry school i'd watch three show before I left for school. First Scooby-Doo then "Mighty Max" after that came my favorite (*snicker now please don't laugh at the title*Snicker*) it was called "Super Human Samurai Cyber Squad" (man what a mouth full of a title) I'd only be able to catch a few minutes of this because school would be starting soon. You see it was one of those ultra man like show. Giant Robots vs. Big Monsters. Sometimes there would be a fight at begining of the episode and then i be so happy. My brother suggested that I begin recording them. I got about six episodes until the show stopped and I was like "NOOOO!" So many things i remember. Like episdoes, names, monster's, sounds, characters, fights. I wonder how it would hold up to my now high school aged self. Any one remeber this show?

Sounds like Power Rangers to me.

And we all know how much the Power Rangers suck...

Goon

It sounds like a subtitle for one of the many power rangers rip offs.  Live action or animation?  Did it have a talking dog?  Was there a big giant head in a tube? big giant head on a computer screen?

I had never seen this, but it looks to be a little farther back in the lineage than "Power Rangers."  More like "Ultraman" and I must admit that I dearly loved that show as a kid.  Could watch it for hours.

Found a website for you:

Sometimes we still like our childhood shows, sometimes not.  "Star Blazers" held up pretty well for me after all these years.  I can admit that "Ultraman" did not.  Although, a couple of the episodes are still pretty cool

The show went like this: There's this evil Warload dude called Kilo Kan or something and he lives in the data world or something like that. And somehow he got this evil and creepy high schooler calledd Malcome to help him out. I think Kilo Kan want's to destroy the data world or something like that, by communitcating through his computer screen, Malcom draws up monsters and then he puts them threw a (evil) fax machine and Kilo Kan gives it live by shooting a beam at it from his hand. When the monster gets to the data world and has to destroy it. I'll say this show is very educational for example I learned that the data world consites of building with lights all over them and that it's always night. So when the monster attacks this data city. It's like Godzilla attacking Tokyo but with out the hordes of screaming people. Now for the hero's. We have the hero a high school dude with a girlfriend and a littie sister that we never see (we see his girlfriend but not his sister I mean) his friends are: a muscile dude sports guy, his smart and cute girlfriends, and the comic relief guy (who later, is replaced with a surfer like dude comic relief guy) Some how they got the powers to defend the data city. They don't have suit and do lame poses like the power ranger they just have machines that battle the monster. The hero had a giant robot called Serbo, the girl had a drill like tank, the sports guy had a tank like thing, and the comic relief guy has a jet. If the monster's to powerful then they combine into a huge robot (this does not happen in every episode believe it or not) and sometimes the Jet,Drill, Tank become their own robot. So yeah that's about it. I'll probaly want to kill myself today if I watched the human talking scenes, but I'm pretty sure i'll still like the monster scenes.

WoW! Thank you Andrew! I once search for web sites about this show and several were negative sites. Oh year another thing I learned from the show was: Virus Programs actually look like monsters (The monster are called MegaVirus Monsters). So I guess Norton Anti-Virus must look like Robot People. And the show was live action Goon.

Man! So many cool monsters are coming back to me now. Some had stupit names but about all of them looked cool. I wish I could Ultraman cause that looks cool.

This STILL sounds like Power Rangers to me.

I think it's closer to Ultraman if you ask me..well the human scenes are kinda similar to those lame unfunny scenes from the power rangers but I think the monster vs Robot stuff is more Ultraman fair.

Fearless Freep

I remember seeing that it was on T.V, but I never watched it.

I do, however, have good memories of Space Giants from when I was young

I remember that one. Also there was one called VR Troopers that was pretty bad. And of course you have Neon Rider where the human hero was actual a transformed bug. All using footage from Japanese shows spliced into corny US filmed scenes.
