dumb and dumberer

Hey guys, its been a couple of months since i last wrote to the message board but right now i really need some answers.

recently, while reading fhm magazine (purely for the articles of course) i saw an advertisment for the sequel for dumb and dumber, dumb and dumberer-when harry met lloyd, i wonderd if anyone could shed any light on this film as i am pretty sure that it is not jim carrey and pal in the leading roles. i would also like to know why i never got wind of the sequel being made even though i have been anticipating it for around six years. do any of you guys in the usa have any news for us far behind uk poorpers? thanks

Looks like a typical comedy. Nothing special. I love the original though.

Oh my god, I saw the trailer for this movie before Bruce Almighty and it looked horrible.  I usually try to keep an open mind for trailers, but this one had me wincing.  I think I laughed at one part during the trailer, but the rest of it comprised of Harry and Lloyd making goofy faces and a lot of them hitting one another.  The first movie was great, but this one looks bad so far.  Carrey and Daniels definitely aren't in it, since the movie is a prequel.  I'll probably end up seeing it, and hopefully it'll be better than the trailer was.  The audience I was with was unimpressed as well, except for one guy who clapped.  He also clapped for the 2 Fast 2 Furious trailer.  Don't know much else about the movie, although I did hear early word that the script for the movie was supposedly hilarious.  We'll just have to wait and see.

Okay, let me re-iterate that.  I mean I'll probably end up catching it when it comes on HBO or something like that.  No way in hell I would pay 8 bucks to see it.
