Why is cannible the musical not reviewed on this page? It is the essence of a bad movie. Anyone that has seen it will know why!

It's actually a student film from Trey Parker and Matt Stone(South Park). If you look at it on those terms, it's actually a pretty good film. I've seen quite a few film school movies and this is one of the few that didn't completly suck. Hated in the Nation was also a descent student film, but the content was pretty sick. The most inventive student film I've ever seen is Superstar: The Karen Carpenter Story. The carachters in the film are played out with Barbie Dolls. The strangest part is it's actually informative and for the most part serious. The film explains some of the causes of anerexia and make Karen Carpenters family seem like a bunch of greedy jerks. If you get a chance to see it, check it out. It's pretty amazing.

As I've said before, I was cast in this thing & then summarily booted out when I dared voice opinion on the script, which they allowed me to do for their previous -- and much better -- student film "The Still Within"(Jason McHugh, dir.).
I love student films, still act in them every chance I get, and really treasure the good ones.  Sometimes, the students cast me years later in commercials, industry films, etc., because I did a good job for them as students.
I'm apparently in the IMDB not for any of the Hollywood flicks I've done, but for "In Through the Out Door", a student film that made the festival rounds.  Go figure.
Another one out there that I think is great is "ESS", by Jennifer Dean of Austin, Texas.
