The other Chris Penn movie

After seeing Chris Penn on a VH1 show, double chin and all, another movie came to mind.  Not Footloose, but another one where he plays a wrestler that always do headbutts.  Oh, and  it has Eric Stoltz as well.  Help a brutha  out.

Hey BlackAngel, are you sure that you aren't thinking about Best of the Best?  Chris Penn kicks some ass in this movie, but it has Eric ROBERTS in it, not Eric Stoltz.  This is the only movie I can think of off the top of my head.

I think it was an unofficial sequel to FAST TIMES, or at least it was billed as such.

Anyone ever read the book that FAST TIMES was based on?   I did several years ago--the book wasn't too different, the movie just ditched the idea of the author posing as a high school student, if I remember right.
