Does anyone know about a movie about a girl who is smuthered by a cop and he and another cop revive her via CPR and then they decide he has to marry her because she knows this?  Her name was Fredericka. He won an award for this movie. He was a PA State Tropper at the time he won the award. The end of the movie shows Fredericka after suicide on a park bench.
