Heavy Smoking Directors & Actors

I recently wrote an off topic post asking who here smokes.

Have you ever watched behind the scenes stuff on a DVD or maybe watched something on HBO where the director of a film or an actor is being interviewed on camera and they ALWAYS have a lit cigarette where you can see the smoke rising up from it?

Two in particular come to mind....

John Carpenter & John McTiernan both always seem to have a smoke burning when they're being interviewed.

What directors and/or actors can you think of smoke while being interviewed?

I also watched an episode of "Politically Incorrect" with Bill Maher awhile back and Tom Sizemore smoked a few on that show.
