I've seen this subject posted at a couple of other boards, but, instead of posting my favorites there, I thought I post them here and see what kind of response I get.
They can be western or non-western. They can even be from television, but, no war films. That might be covered later.

Western
Alias Jesse James
How the West Was Won
Rough Night in Jericho

Non-western
Dick Tracy
Logan's Run

Television
Count Dracula

Anything by John Woo is kickass!
Some of the gunfights in his films have to be seen to be believed.

The fight at the end of "True Romance" is a pretty good one. (only on the director's cut though)
I like fights like that one where everyone is screaming at one another to drop their guns and then one guy shoots first then that's all she wrote.
BLOODBATH!!!

The Burgomaster

* The bloody shootout at the end of THE WILD BUNCH
* The battle at the beginning of HARD BOILED, as well as the one in the hospital at the end.
* The final shootout in THE KILLER
* The Northfield, Minnesota shootout in THE LONG RIDERS
* The police-raid scene in BONNIE AND CLYDE where Buck Barrow gets shot in the head

Those are just a few . . .

"Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me either. Just pretty much leave me the hell alone."

The movie HEAT starring Val Kilmer and I think it was Pacino. You know that bank robbery scene.

Brother Ragnarok

The fight between Ahnold's commandos and the guerillas in Predator (okay, so it's kind of a war movie).
The guitar case shootout in Desperado.
The battle between Wolfwood and the other Preacher towards the end of the Trigun series.
The fight between Vash and Knives in the final Trigun episode.

There are only two important things in life - monsters and hot chicks.
    - Rob Zombie
Rape is just cause for murdering.

Equalibrium had some fantastic gun fights...holy cow!

Also, the final gun fight in Raw Deal was pretty cool.

This is serious... someone used my name and made a post on this thread. My ACTUAL favorite gunfights are as follows.

1. THE MAGNIFICENT SEVEN
2. THE GUNS OF NAVARONE(The boat shootout NEVER gets old)
3. THE WILD BUNCH
4. THE MATRIX
5.  A VIEW TO A KILL(Laugh all you want, but a shotgun against a couple of nine-mils is pretty cool)
