Yup, Buena Vista said that they plan to release a DOUBLE DVD of Ed Wood in Feb!  With over a half hour of unseen footage!  YES!!!!

"That said, December 2nd is the launch date for the film's DVD release and what a number it is: over 40 minutes of unseen footage, a friggin' commentary track by Depp himself (as well as the lovely Keira Knightley), a blooper reel and so much more. Awesome. For big fans of Depp, note that Buena Vista also announced the double-disc for ED WOOD today, with a February 3rd release date, a commentary track by Tim Burton, deleted scenes and a whole bunch of other coolness."
