What is this? Looks like some goofy live action anime, apparently Mtv will be playing it this Sunday. Anyone seen it? I will probally watch it though I'm not looking forward to the dubbing curtacy of the Wu-Tang Clan.

Brother Ragnarok

Eh...the Wu Tang Clan is dubbing this?  I saw the trailer and thought it looked  cool, but goddammit, why is MTV taking over one of our last bastions of (sort of) underground (at least in America) goodness?  Now every little mall f**k with a Good Charlotte t-shirt will be all "I know all about kung fu movies, the Wu Tang Clan taught me!"  sigh  I'll still tape it and watch it I'm sure, and I know I'll have mixed feelings, but we'll see what happens.  I'll try to give it the benefit of the doubt.

I seen VOLCANO HIGH last night with my 15 year old daughter. This film is definetly different. We really liked it the action, characters, and all that martial arts. Made in South Korea with hip hop rap stars doing the dubbing. If you see it I think you'll like it. Not the greatest, but still interesting.

A bald man named Savalas visited me last night in a dream.  I think it was a Telly vision.

Blaah.  Was pretty terrible.  For what it was, which is a martial-arts flick, there was very little of it.  Lots of jumping, only one or two really cool moments.

I think I'll go watch Iron Monkey.

Grumpy Guy

I'm not a fan.  You'd really think that, after all these years, someone would realize that if they're making a Martial Arts fillm, even a completely wu xia one, it sould at least have some Martial Arts in it.

And, one thousand apologies for this but... the proper grammar is "I saw it last nigt," not "I seen it."  Seen is the past participle, and is used in sentences like "I have seen it before."  Saw is the simple past tense, which is what you were looking for.

Sorry.  It sets my teeth on edge, reading things like that.  I'm not trying to be mean, or an ass, or anything.  Honest.

Aww, heck.  Maybe I am a jerk.  Maybe I like my language more than I like people.
