Anyone know this movie?

I remember seeing a SciFi movie back in 86-88 that involved a space ship captain heading to some planet for whatever reason. A problem with the planet was radiation so he sent a female robot down to the surface.

I don't remember much about it. I think she had an encounter with a lizard man in some bar/cantina type place and it's possible some people were worshipping a Harley Davidson motorcycle.

I'm a little foggy on the details, but it sounds like Galaxina. Starring playmate Dorothy Stratten as the title character.
