B-Movie Chats I'll Soon Be Hosting(need your input)

I have long been considering creating a chatroom consisting of Badmovies.org Regulars through Yahoo or some other service.
More than likely it will be Yahoo because they offer what I'm looking for for free.
I am a staunch supporter of Yahoo because they offer excellent quality and many features at no or minimal cost.
It was Yahoo's services that allowed me to build my brother's memorial website.(www.corychapman.com)

It will feature voice chat & webcam capabilities so that we may hear and/or see one another.
If you don't own either of those devices it's ok, we'll settle for seeing your text like we do on here.  
Your presence is what's most important!

You are ALWAYS more than welcome to attend.

If created, I will be pushing the mic/cam aspect of it heavily.
While it's ok to read text, I want to see and/or hear you and I hope you want the same.
Again, if you don't have a cam or mic that is completely ok!

It will NOT be active 24 hours a day but only at certain pre-scheduled times.

I will personally host it and if and when it is created, provide you with the address & designated time to hang out with all of us live and it'll be free to you of course.

If you like, I'll state the times of the chats on here and then meet you all there.
What I need to know from you all is what times of the day are the best for you.
Remember that I work but my schedule is very flexible.
Receiving a confirmation from you would also be good so everyone will know you'll be there.
This won't be an everyday thing but more like a 1-2 times a week event.
If it grows in popularity then the frequency of our chats can be increased.
Again, I think that this will be a fun thing that I hope all of you will want to participate in at sometime or another!
It's success, if created will depend solely upon you.

I would like these chats to be like small mini-events that are pre-planned and a for sure thing...not just a random room where you'll come and go but an actual fun and interactive discussion about whatever the hell we wanna chat about!

We need more than this board and I have been dying to get some sort of interactive live experience for us all set up that will be free and easy to connect to.
I guess that by offering this, I'm targeting the regulars here, of which we do number many!
Non-regulars will be more than welcome but I am focusing on the core 10-30 of us who I know will probably show.
I do not want this to be like the chatroom that used to be here on this site that failed miserably within weeks.
I want it to succeed if it's created.

What do you think?
Would you be willing to hang out and BS in live chat with us?
If you agree then I'll give you all the necessary info.

Please let me know A.S.A.P. as I will definitely be forming these mini-chat events soon!

hey Ash, i think that sounds like an awesome idea!
the only problem with my schedule is i'm taking an intensive internet class this semester and a Statistics class. so i don't know what my schedule's going to be like in regards to my net-time. i imagine i should be able to find some time though. i look forward to it!

I would participate from time to time.  I used to participate in AOL movie chat rooms back in my AOL days (I'm a Comcast guy now).  I found that many of the people in the room were really young, and most of them had not heard of many of the B-movies that I wanted to talk about.  At least I know that the people in here are well aware of all the obscure crap out there and will be able to discuss it for hours and hours.

Sounds very interesting ... however, what with the time difference between the US and the UK - we being 5 hours ahead of you on the East coast - I'm not sure whether I'd be awake.  If I was, hell yes I'd take part!
