I just watched this movie and enjoyed it. Tommy Lee Jones was really good in this. Val Kilmer had a bit part as an army captain. Check it out.

I read a few bad reviews of this one but I found that I did enjoy it.

If you like Westerns, you should like this one.

I thought it was pretty bland.  If you like Westerns you've probably seen much better movies like Unforgiven.  

The advertising campaign was very misleading.  I thought I was in for a supernatural thriller like Brotherhood of the Wolf (awesome movie by the way), but it turned out to be just a vanilla western.

I liked THE MISSING and enjoy seeing new Westerns on the big screen, but if you like THE MISSING like I did then you'll like OPEN RANGE also.
