Help if you can

I have been searching for a movie for years but I dont' know the name of it or any of the actors in it. I do remember the basic synopsis for the movie and so here it is....  
            A young pretty blond and her father and brother are driving in there RV when something happens and they wreck. "Luckily " there is a nice family of hillbillies who use there tow truck and bring them over to their place. The blond is handicapped and they keep her upstairs in a room so she can't go anywhere in the mean time the hillbillies sell her brother and fathers organs on the black market. They dont' kill them though they keep them alive locked in a barn with a bunch of other people they have captured. Eventually the girl learns to walk (or something ) finds her brother and father and saves them, or she might of had to leave them behind because they were hooked up to too many machines. Sorry I don't really remember the end to well. I have only ever seen the movie when USA used to do the USA up all night and they would play all the classic B movies. If any one could help I would really appreciate it.
