Saw the Seed of Chucky trailer.

Just the "fun trailer" where they show no actual footage from the film. I saw it during Kill Bill vol. 2 last night, and the 30 second trailer got a room full of laughs and a full one minutes applause. Even more than Kill Bill.

Anyone else seen it? I have never seen a Child's Play movie in theaters, so this might be my first. It comes out this Halloween.

I've been gripped by a vision of things to come:

The studio heads'll think the word "Seed" is too weird for the American public, demand a title change to "Son" or what have you, and push the relase date back to accomodate.

Just a prophecy.

 It was awesome. I was the only one applauding, though. I saw it attached to GODSEND. The actual release date is October 29. The "Seed" of Chucky will be voiced by Billy Boyd. Also known as Pippin in the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

I too saw this for Godsend and if it is as good as Bride of Chucky, no doubt that I will be there. In any case is it the same director? Who is helming this project?
