Have any of y'all seen this stinker of a movie? A guy in a wheelchair becomes a serial killer. It's so damn bad it's great. And they couldn't have given him a better name ...... "Eugene". I have this on VHS, I don't think any one has had the balls to put it out on DVD. If you get the chance to see it, just be aware that it's one of those movies that has such bad acting it makes it hilarious.
