Why do I even visit the site anymore?  I know that I can't afford to buy any DVDs at the moment, yet I'm pulled to the site.  Right now my wallet is on fire in my pocket after finding some awesome things on Ebay.

I've been wanting to see the flick "Old Boy" since first hearing about it from Canne's film festival.  A guy gets locked in prison for fifteen years without an explanation.  He sees on the prison television that he is there for the murder of his wife, which he did not commit.  He is finally let free, and let's his rage flow onto everyone involved.  Quite a few critics thought Old Boy to be the best film at Cannes, and it certainly looks kick ass to me.  So, I was on Ebay today and found an imported all region 2 - Disc DVD of the film for only 19.99:

BATTLE ROYALE 2!

I originally picked up my copy of Battle Royale on DVD from Ebay.  It's by far one of the best films in my collection and definently one of the best Asian films that I own.  I've been dying to see BR2 since reading about it's creation, and here it is in wonderful digital quality just waiting for me to shell out my 24.99.....

If only I didn't have this addiction.  Damn you ebay!  Damn you!

Just thought I'd post these finds on here cause I know that some of you are fans of Asian cinema, especially Battle Royale.  So here they are.  Enjoy.

My friend is addicted to ebay too, but he buys $1K+ drum sets...

I always have to be careful when on ebay, it is easy to get carried away.  They have so much STUFF!!




And you thought Trek isn't cool.

I've sold all kinds of things on there, and my wife and I have bought plenty of things. Hell, I just last week bought a car off ebay.

TBC Video, a company that liquidates tapes on eBay has been a terrible drain on the quality of my video collection.  But how can you pass up a crappy movie when it's so cheap?

you gotta love Ebay...

where else can you buy an original STARCRASH one sheet for 5 bucks!!!!  Heck i even bought STARCRASH on super 8 (in black & white & in German too - which only adds to the weirdness) on Ebay.

And no, I don't have too much money or time on my hands ;-)
