OT:The Astronaut Gordon "Gordo" Cooper died today

Gordo Cooper died today. He was one of the original Mercury Seven Astronauts. He was also known as "Hotdog".  He was portrayed by Dennis Quaid in the movie version of The Right Stuff.  

One thing not mentioned in the Obit and Bio at NASA is the fact that Cooper became a believer in UFO's and that the government was covering up knowledge about them.

RIP to an American Hero.
