What was this movie?

I vaugely remember this one from cable years ago. It probably came out in the 80's or early 90's.

There's some guy stuck in a building with a few women. Typical dense buxom types. There's some sort of really cheap looking fungus monster killing everybody. At the end of the movie they kill it by spraying it with hairspray. Anybody know what the hell I saw?

Sounds like you remember "Bad Channels," with a few minor glitches.  Perfectly normal for a movie you saw once, years ago.
