All I remember is waking up as a little child at the Drive-in, and the second feature was about a giant breast rolling through town attacking people. Does anyone know what movie that was? It probably would have been like 1968-1973 or so.

Sounds like "Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Sex But Were Afraid to Ask" by Woody Allen. It came out in 1972. That movie is funny as hell.
