Excellent creature effects in direct-to-video movies

What are some direct to video films you've seen, having never heard of, that had excellent creature effects? For me, some of these films were:

Metamorphosis: The alien factor (1993)
The guyver (1991)
Faust (2001)
Soulkeeper (2001)

Ever seen "Return of the Alien's Deadly Spawn?" The effects in that movie were amazing for it's time. Most of the scenes in that film still give me the creeps to this very day.

Still, I wouldn't mind owning an original prop from that movie.

Yeah, I've seen that movie. I loved the creatures, but it didn't go direct-to-video.

Stephen King's IT a made for TV movie, not sure if that counts but the creature stuff was good.

I liked the creatures in "It" and "Guyver 2", I'll have to check out ticks, I've read lots of good stuff about it. And yes, made for TV films count, I mean anything in which you DIDN'T expect to find really impressive creatures. Thanks.
