Saw both of these flicks listed on DeepDiscountDVD is a set for 7.70!  I'm a big fan of Yuzna, not so much of Hooper.

Worth picking up on DVD?

A bald man named Savalas visited me last night in a dream.  I think it was a Telly vision.

SOCIETY is a mindbender.  Probably Yuzna's best film.  Don't know about SPONTANEOUS COMBUSTION, but with a title like that it can't be all bad.

I've wanted to see Spontaneous Combustion for years, because I've enjoyed all the Tobe Hooper films I've seen so far, but every single review I've read of it is negative. I might watch it as well in the near future, sine I recently re-watched Lifeforce and it left me with a hunger for more 80s horror.

Due to the horrifying nature of this film, no one will be admitted to the theatre.

Liked SOCIETY, too. Very funny scenes (remember buttface?) and a cool high-society-critics.
