well then take your site and burn it to a disc and best of luck to you selling it. why burn sites when you can just connect and go to them online?

Let me try to draw this discussion back to a polite level.

I much appreciate the thought and do indeed have the source files for the site on my local hard drive (in addition to making backups for remote storage).  

The problem is that, in reality, a large amount of the site is rendered with PHP, the review formats, this message board, the nav at each page bottom, and so on.  Unfortunately, that means that I would have to use a program to download the website to my own hard drive as strict HTML (normal webpage), then burn it all to 2 CDs.

There just is not enough time in the day for me...
