Monster Dawg

Ok I am trying to find out about a movie that I saw when I was younger involving some kind of snake-like apparition that was created from venom and attacked.  All I remember is green ghost-snakes and a big fat guy who gets killed...Anyone help me out there?

As far as I know, the only movie fitting that description is "Doc Savage: Man of Bronze."  The ghost snakes are, unfortunately, only a small part of the movie.  Still, it's pretty entertaining.

Thanks!  That was the film in question.  All these years of wondering...

I've seen that film, too. It's just that I'd forgotten that scene was in it. The producer for that film was George Pal. And, if one likes "Doc Savage," one might check out some of his other films. His science fiction films: "Time Machine," "Conquest of Space," "War of the Worlds," "When Worlds Collide," and/or "Destination Moon."
His fantasy films: "Seven Faces of Doctor Lao," "The Wonderful World World of the Brothers Grimm," and/or "tom thumb." Even his "Naked Jungle," which is based on the short story "Leniningen versus the Ants" by Carl Stephenson. Enjoy!

All I would like to add to what BoyScoutKevin said is that "Doc Savage" is concidered one of Pal's lesser works (still kind of fun; sort of an early "Buckaroo Banzai").  For a listing of more of Pal's movies, try the IMdB.  The entry you want is http://us.imdb.com/Name?Pal,+George

And let's not forget THE GREAT RUPERT, a cute, touching little movie about a squirrel!
