I picked up Kung-Fu Wars at Best Buy a few nights ago (mainly to get Crippled Masters) and it came with 3 other movies, this one included.

Oh my GOD, what a bad movie. Bruce Li the director (obviously no relation to Bruce Lee) must have had someone behind the camera that never shot a movie before. This was shot in a tv camera format so half of the action always occured off-screen.

Funny? Oh yes. Nunchucks that double as piercing knives, and a doll that shoots out mini-daggers is just too cool for words.

There were so many characters and double/triple crosses that I'll probably have to watch this again to fully understand what the heck the movie was about!

While on a journey, Chuang Tzu found an old skull, dry and parched.
With sorrow, he questioned and lamented the end of all things.
When he finished speaking, he dragged the skull over and, using it for a pillow, lay down to sleep.
In the night, the skull came to his dreams and said, 'You are a fool to rejoice in the entanglements of life.'
Chuang Tzu couldn`t believe this and asked, 'If I could return you to your life, you would want that, wouldn`t you?'
Stunned by Chuang Tzu`s foolishness, the skull replied, 'How do you know that it is bad to be dead?'

Tanks for remining me.

I picked this one up at the $1 DVD section at WalMart months ago, set it my "To Watch" pile & forgot about it.

Now I just have to dig it up & watch it.
