The two networks will merge into an single entity called CW. Supposedly they will be taking the best shows from each network to make up there schedule.

I hardly ever watch anything on UPN (occasionally Veronica Mars), but on the WB my wife and I enjoy the Gilmore Girls (she enjoys this more than I), Everwood, Supernatural, and Smallville. I just wondering which station the new network will be broadcast on .

Here's the story.

And you thought Trek isn't cool.

I too find this an interesting turn of events. If their network television is failing, what do you think this means for the Warner Brothers Studio? Where will we get our street fronts and store facades? Their production website is fun to look through. See how many streets you recongnize in their exterior sets, or try not to wet yourself with joy when you see their scaffoldinng and blue screen set ups.

Speaking of TV channel changes, Trio went to web only.  In its stead, I got this channel called The Tube.  It airs only music videos.  What a great concept, there are some modern ones and then ones where they show a song from Concert for Bangladesh.  I wonder why no one ever thought to do a music video channel before ; - ).

My wife and I also enjoy the Gilmore Girls. Although, is it just us, or has there been a sharp decline in the quality of writing this season?

Yes, I think Gilmore Girls is not quite what it was. By the way they have reruns of it now on the Family Channel.

As far as station changes, I have Directv and I am constantly having some new channel pop up on my guide (mostly Spanish language ones).

I remember when Trio dropped off, they had some interesting documentaries. Now thereis a gay channel called Logo in it's place.

Well, at least now I know they're not just doing it to me. I thought it was some kind of "let's get him" conspiracy where they would just keep sneaking them on there and wait until I snapped.

I noticed this too and I thought I had just imagined Trio and this had been there all along. My brain is foggy sometimes.

Wow. That's the most memorable thing to occur in television since Shasta McNasty! :)
