March 4 at 8C/9E  Raptor (2001) - Eric Roberts stars as a Sheriff who has to battle dinosaurs engineered by the the evil Dr. Hyde (Corbin Bernsen).

I've not seen this movie, but from what I've read this Roger Corman production was made on less than a shoestring. All the dinosaur carnage is made by utilizing scenes extracted from the Carnosaur movies. They actually used some of the same supporting actors and dressed them the same so the footage would match when they get chowed down on. None of the principal actors it seems ever share any on screen time with the dinos.

You know it has to be good though because the director (Jim Wynorski) is responsible for such classics as the Bare Wench Project's 1-4 and The Witches of Breastwick.

I may watch just to see how really bad it can be. Pray for me.

March 11 at 8C/9E Minotaur (2005)- A retelling of the Greek myth "Theseus and the Minotaur" starring Tom Hardy (Star Trek: Nemesis), Tony Todd (Candy Man), Rutger Hauer, and Ingrid "Countess Dracula" Pitt.

From the poster the minotaur looks a lot like something from the Alien movie series.  Found a couple of positive reviews for this film from some European film festival showings.

This one looks to be worth a watch.

And you thought Trek isn't cool.

Minotaur looks pretty crappy...I'll have to check it out.

I watched Spiders the other night on Sci-Fi and it was one of the funniest films I've seen in quite awhile!
I laughed my ass off!

"How long did the review take,?"
"Oh, a Minotaur so."

The Sci-Fi channel. To B-movies what Wisconsin is to cheese.
"Aggressivlly eccentric, and proud of it!"

Did you guys see 'Rottweiler' 2 weeks back or so? It was nuts. It's something I may want to rent to see it uncut.

Yes Raptor is plenty terrible.

I thought I saw on the shelf of Blockbuster last week, "Cerburus". I don't know how to spell it but it's that three headed dog that guards the way to Hell.

When's that Hydra movie coming out? I'm somewhat interested in that.
Now it's time to sing the nation anthem IN AMERICA!!!

Bandit Keith from Yu-Gi-Oh the Abridged Series (episode 12)

Hey, why the hell would a backwater town in Louisiana get their hands on a frozern mammoth? And don't tell me it going to be a carnivorous pachyderm. What am I saying? No matter how stupid it sounds, I'll probably watch it.

Hey daveblackeye, watching Cerebrus might be the only time you get to see Greg Evigan as a homicidal maniac mercenarie.

Oh, Lordy....the bad movie police have another suspect on the hit list!
The trailer had me as soon as i saw the French looking Gardian Angels. Let the Fromage commence!

I must confess I still find it hard to believe some of these scifi channel "original" movies are actually showing up in video stores... I first noticed it when I found a copy of "Within the Rock" at a Blockbuster; I damn near fell over.

Remember 'Dinocroc'? Roger Corman produced that himself (not one of his employees).
