Holy s**te - check this out. Prison inmates in the Philippines are either being punished or rehabilitiated - but it sure makes for some good entertainment

The same group apparently also did bits for Queen's Radio Ga-Ga and something else I can't quite remember at the moment...

However, as it was said on Best Week Ever this past weekend, what happens now that the prisoners realize they can work together as a group?...

they may have jobs waiting for them as extras in b-movies? they got a youtube resume now!

mr pink tank top was really workin it, but damn if you look close all of those guys had the moves down

This is a great idea. Imagine how much discipline and teamwork it takes to pull something like this. If only American prison systems were concerned about rehab like these guys are. Then again with the way American society treats even a one-time offender its almost a given they are just gonna end up in prison again.

There is a Filipino zombie film somewhere in that clip. And I love the guy in the pink tank top. I bet he gets alot of dates, while he's in prison  Which reminds me of . . .

Coming to a theater near you in 2009, "Jailhouse Rock." No, it is not a remake of the 1957 Elvis Presley film. Each year, there is a prision in Arizona that has a rock 'n' roll contest for its prsoners. And this contest is being made into a theatrical film for a release in two years. I presume, that part of the film, will be shot in the actual prison, using some of the actual prison inmates as extras.
