I don't know, man, did you ever see THE PUNISHER?

I thought MYSTERY MEN was hilarious, as it was one big inside joke to superhero fans.  I also thought BLADE was good, and a step in the right direction.  I don't really need to hear any more moaning from INTERVIEW WITH THE VAMPIRE style bloodsuckers.

And if we're talking about Japanese anime/manga movies, then I've enjoyed quite a few.  AKIRA, GHOST IN THE SHELL. . .

THE WATCHMEN IS THE SINGLE GREATEST COMIC EVER WRITTEN.  It's intelligent, surges with reaw emotion and chills you to the bone.  However, it would be very hard to do as a movie.  Alan Moore himself is against the idea (although Terry Gilliam said he was willing.  BTW Terry has referre to Watchmen as the "War and Peace" of comics.  I think you should check it out.  You'll never believe the ending!)  so it seems a no go.  Although I would like to see either Christopher Walken or Steve Buscemi as Rorsarch.  Walken cause he's creepy as hell and Buscemi because Rorsarch doesn't look as threatening "Withou t his face" but he's just as scary.
Also the guy who did Blade is working on a movie based on Ghost Rider (a flaming skeleton on a motor cycle).  I wonder how good that will be.

Yeah I know. But a fanboy can dream, can't he?
Oh and the ending is amazing. It doesn't matter how many times I read it it still blows my mind.
