The things you can learn by reading the reviews at this board. While I am aware that today, infertile couples are practicing artifical insemination to have children, I was unaware that artifical insemination dates back at least 58 years. It makes you wonder what else couples were doing 58 years ago.

The best part of the movie (which is saying a lot) is the bleached blonde, who is supposed to be a famous Broadway actress.  The woman playing her seems to have studied for the part by going to see a Katherine Hepburn movie but not paying overmuch attention to it.  Meanwhile, her 'sophisticated' catty remarks sound like what Dorothy Parker would have talked like had her material been provided by the writers of Bench Warmers.

i have the old b&w's of 'reefer madness' and 'cocaine fiends' and i love them so thanks for this review - i'll try and look it up.  

looking at the clip you gave us reminds me of what i love the most about these sorts of films; more than the bad acting and blatant ignorance, is the jumpy editing.  people stand by ornamental ponds and are suddenly transported into it on their wet arses, or going through doors they just disappear in a blink.  great stuff!
