This movie is included in the TALES OF TERROR 50 MOVIE PACK.

The opening credits mention that this movie was filmed in Eastmancolor.  However, it is in black & white in the TALES OF TERROR boxed set.

This is a dubbed Italian horror flick starring Barbara Steele.  The plot involves a very ugly witch being drowned by villagers.  200 years later she emerges from her watery grave to kill again.  Overall, this is a boring, low-budget, 79 minute feature.  Fans of bad movies will enjoy the witch's make-up, though.  She looks sort of like a dried-up apple with long, crooked teeth.

"Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me either. Just pretty much leave me the hell alone."

Just the fact that Barbra Steele is in it makes it a must see for me!

Boring? Heck, this movie is hilarious; it has its tongue firmly planted in its cheek. I thoroughly enjoyed this movie; though my copy is in color.
