apocalyptic bunker film

Hi, I was wondering if somebody could help me name a film.

Its about a group of young people (about 18-20) who find a bunker with 2 people in who turn out to be genetically modified to live almost forever and heal quickly. When the bloke has sex with one of the teens the girl explodes. The film ends with just one of the male teens going back to his village (a cave) and taking all the children from there.

The film is quite new, maybe 3-6 years old and set after an apocalyptic event.

Any help in naming the film would be greatly appreciated

That matches the plot of the "Teenage Caveman" remake.  Awful film.  Whoever wrote the script could not come up with any dialog, so they just have the characters say, "F**k." over and over.

Yep...that sounds like the Teenage Caveman remake alright.

Larry Clark always seems to make films that border on pornography.  Even worse, they almost always star teenagers.

And Stan Winston designed the mutant creature.
