Dam...I couldn't manage 5!!!!
DEVIL'sRAIN(Not really a Travolta film...but great anyway! in fact better than most of his films,IMP. Of course...I love BAD MOVIES,soooo...)
CARRIE-also not a Travolta film! Do you see a pattern developing here?
PULP FICTION-Great all around movie.Though my favorite actor in that movie was Samuel H. Jackson.

In my worthless opinion,he shoulda did more heavy roles,or even psychopaths. Like a grown up Vinnie Barbarino gone terriblly wrong.
Supernatural?...perhaps. Baloney?...Perhaps not!" Bela Lugosi-the BLACK CAT (1934)
Interviewer-"Does Dracula ever end for you?
Lugosi-"No. Dracula-never ends."

I agree;  I had THE PUNISHER as one of my votes for that very reason - he plays a great psychopath.  But, I changed that vote to THE GENERAL'S DAUGHTER for the sole reason that whenever I catch it on, I seem to watch it.  True, the southern accent is bad, but the movie is enjoyable.   Travolta's character in THE PUNISHER was a lot of fun, but overall the movie was not as good in my view.

My five; each are enjoyable for other qualities:

CARRIE
PULP FICTION
THE GENERAL'S DAUGHTER
BROKEN ARROW
LADDER 49

Professor Hathaway:  I noticed you stopped stuttering.
Bodie:      I've been giving myself shock treatments.
Professor Hathaway: Up the voltage.
