OK. I recall seeing this on tv...a made for tv movie I think_ with Andy Griffith as a bad guy,who used animals to hunt people down..kinda a MOST DANGEROUS GAME type of thing. Back in the 70's...?

  I agree with Menard, it is Savages.

There's also Murder In Coweta County where Mr Griffith plays a real murderous SOB who thinks he's above the law until Johnny Cash brings him down.

Must have been SAVAGES. I don't know where I got the idea of him using animals...it was long ago. THANX! That was bugging me!
