"Zombie Lake" immediately comes to mind for me.  The movie may not be all that high on the exploitation scale, but I love the scene near the beginning of the film where the girl is swimming in the lake.  Very hot!  I also love Ursula Andress in "Slave of the Cannibal God."

Ah, Zombie Lake.  That's just a fun movie.

Never got into the cannibal sub-genre yet, somehow, I ended up with two DVDs of Slave of the Cannibal God.  I thought it a bit slow at times.
