Nah.  If you wanted to go over the top, a good place to start would be the iconic image of the impaled native woman from Cannibal Holocaust.  Even Grindhouse's usual printers wouldn't reproduce that image for their limited edition DVD release.  Kind of along these lines (though an actual snapshot from the film would be more gruesome):

For normal people it might be a good warning, but since it seems few here can claim normalcy, for us it's more like a beacon shouting "Hey, hang around to see what this one does next!"
