Okay, this USED to work for me, I'd click on a sound file (wav or mp3) and it'd either open right there in the browser, or it'd called Windows Media and play (storing the file in the temp section.)  But for someone I now I do that and nothing happens.  I have to actually save the file,, and then load it from the directory to get it to work.

Does anyone know how I can fix them?  I'd rather have it so it'll open in Windows Media from a click instead of doing all the extra junk..

First of all, what browser are you using?  If you're still in IE's sweaty embrace, check out FireFox, a vastly superior system.

Sounds like you need to reassociate sound files with those applications in your browser.
