Synapse to release Horrors Of Malformed Men - Aug. 28

I get bugged about this imfamous little Toei film from time to time (it suffers from a studio - initiated ban in its home country and has only been available to the public at large via crappy timecoded prints for a number of years) so I'm kind of surprised no one has picked up on this yet.  Synapse's official site hasn't been updated for a while, but details of the release can be found at Amazon.com. . .

To those of you who wanted WtfFilm to release this shocker, August 28th shall be your day - Synapse is going to do a better job than I ever could with it.  I imagine that Teruo Ishii fans will be pretty giddy come that time as well.

Synapse always does a great job with the titles they release.  I'll be looking forward to this one.
