Film title question for the western buffs

I was working on a computer for someone at their home yesterday and they were watching a western in the room next to me.  I could hear most everything that was going on in the film, and was curious what film it was.

Here are some things that might help:

1.  Started out with what sounded like 60s music.

2.  The characters kept talking about Bolivia.  One character kept telling the other that they were going there.

Parts of it sounded extremely familiar but I can't think of what it is.

Yep, Rain Drops Keep Falling On My Head was in it.  Forgot to mention that.

Thanks RC!  I'm not much for westerns but I might have to see about renting this one.  It sounded interesting enough.
