I have this movie and love watching it, but what is up with the alien thing????




He and his girl did a spell and he turned into this.  I gathered that he was a powerful being of something, but he did not use anything really.  What was the point of this???

Any thoughts???

I've never had a clue why he does that.  I guess to signify that he is a kick butt, demon-killing, overweight, space elf.  They never really do anything with it, besides that short change.
