I once worked in a residential facility for mentally retarded/emotionally disturbed kids.  A couple months before I left, we got a new kid in.  He had been having hundreds of seizures a day, to stem that they had to do a lobotomy.  Which they screwed up.  So had to do a second lobotomy.

Anyone who's had two lobotomies is basically going up to the plate already with three strikes against them.
